Plain and simple: we collect only what we need to run your store and pay you correctly, we never sell your information, and you can ask us at any time what we hold about you. This page explains it without the legal fog.

What we collect

When you enquire through our site, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, and (optionally) your email and a message.

  • Client account details — your name, contact details, and portal login, so you can see your reports and balance.
  • Store operating data — the information needed to run your eBay store day to day: listings, orders, sales figures, fees, and profit numbers.
  • Marketplace account access — where you authorize us to operate your store, we hold the credentials or tokens needed to do that. They are used only to run your store, stored with care, and never shared.
  • Payment records — amounts owed, amounts paid, and your share of profits and cashback, so your monthly report is accurate to the cent.
  • Basic technical data — the kind every website receives, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

What we use it for

  • Running your store: listing, pricing, ordering, tracking, and customer messages.
  • Producing your reports and calculating your payout — the 60/40 split and 100% of the cashback that is yours.
  • Responding when you contact us, and reaching out with onboarding details you requested.
  • Keeping the service secure and improving how it works.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

The website chat helper

The “Ask us” helper on this site answers from a fixed set of questions and answers. What you type into it stays on your device while you browse; it is not a human, and it does not build a profile of you.

Who we share data with

Only the services required to operate: the marketplaces your store runs on (eBay, Amazon), our hosting provider, and — when payments go live — a payment processor (such as Stripe), which handles card details itself; we never see or store your card number. Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Client and store records are kept while you are a client and for as long as needed afterwards for accurate bookkeeping and legal obligations. Inquiry details from people who never become clients are kept only as long as it takes to follow up, then removed.

Cookies

We use a small session cookie so the client portal can keep you signed in, and nothing beyond what the site needs to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

To do any of these, contact us through the form at the bottom of this page and we will respond within a few business days.

  • Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for accounting.
  • Withdraw a marketplace authorization at any time — your store simply stops being managed.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a new “Last updated” date. A meaningful change will also be flagged to active clients directly.
