These are the terms of working with Dealixo. We have kept them short and honest — the same way we run stores. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up; we would rather explain than surprise.
What Dealixo does
Dealixo manages online resale stores on your behalf: we source products, create and price listings, handle orders and shipping logistics, and track every dollar in monthly reports. You own your store and your accounts; we operate them for you under your authorization.
Sign-up and fees
- A one-time $300 sign-up covers onboarding and setup. It is refundable within your first two months if you decide Dealixo is not for you.
- You put no money down for inventory — items are purchased against orders your store has already received.
- Profit is split 60/40: 60% to you, 40% to Dealixo, calculated after marketplace fees and product costs, exactly as itemized in your monthly report.
- 100% of purchase cashback earned on your store's sourcing goes to you, on top of your profit share.
What we need from you
- Authorization to operate the store and accounts you ask us to manage, and accurate account information.
- Keeping your accounts in good standing and telling us promptly about anything that affects them (holds, limits, notices).
- Not operating the managed store in parallel in ways that conflict with what we do (for example, editing listings we manage) without telling us first.
What you should expect from us
- Honest, itemized monthly reporting — every sale, fee, cost, and your payout, to the cent.
- Careful handling of your accounts and credentials, used only to run your store.
- Compliance-first operation: we work within marketplace rules (including brand protection and category accuracy) and will decline to list items that put your account at risk.
Marketplaces are their own bosses
eBay, Amazon, and other platforms enforce their own policies, and can hold funds, remove listings, or restrict accounts at their discretion. We work to prevent and resolve such events, but we do not control the platforms and cannot guarantee their decisions.
No income guarantees
Any figures on this site are real examples from managed stores, not a promise. Results depend on the marketplace, the season, and the store itself. Nothing here is financial advice.
Ending the relationship
You can stop at any time — your store, listings, and accounts are yours and stay with you. We will hand back operation in an orderly way, settle any outstanding balance in the next report cycle, and remove our access. We may also end the relationship, with notice, if these terms are broken or an account cannot be operated safely.
Liability, in plain words
We run your store with real care, but online resale carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dealixo's liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for marketplace decisions, supplier stock or pricing changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new “Last updated” date, and active clients are told directly before any change that affects fees or the split takes effect.
